With over 15 years of experience in Education, Valerie is thrilled to join the Guadalupe Center team as Assistant Principal. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Education with a minor in Theatre and Speech Education from Brigham Young University—Idaho. Valerie started her teaching career at Li Ren Kindergarten in Beilun, China, and has since served as an Academic Dean, Interim Principal, and Instructional Coach. Valerie is passionate about fostering strong school communities and providing an equitable and inclusive learning environment for all students. Outside of school, Valerie is busy raising her two sweet children, attending performances, and exploring the beautiful landscapes of our national parks and forests.
