What is a lottery? “Due to the anticipated surplus of applicants surpassing the school’s approved enrollment capacity, the selection of students is determined through a random lottery system. Upon the selection of a student, admission invitations are extended to siblings residing in the same household, contingent on available openings. Siblings of enrolled students are given preference relative to other applicants.”
