It’s time for our annual Boo to the Flu event! 🕷️ When: October 24th from 3:00pm – 6:00pm 🕷️ What to Bring: Insurance card & ID If you don’t have insurance, CNS offers FREE / Reduced cost immunizations! If you are unable to pay they are very likely to waive the fee. This event is for ANYONE and EVERYONE! Bring your family and friends to receive immunizations.
