My name is Celeste Lindsey, I was born in Oregon, but my family relocated to Utah. I was a First Gen Student and the first in my family to get a University Degree. I was an Ambassador at Utah State University where I graduated with a Bachelors in Mathematics and a double minor in History and Folklore. I graduated with Honors and a Diversity Ambassador of the Year Award. While at USU I taught High School GEAR-Up Classes at a local high school, taught beginner math classes, and co-taught a Special Education class. After leaving a career in Escrow Insurance Management, I decided to do something I have always had a passion for — being a part of helping similar communities like the one I grew up in become empowered. When I am not working I am reading, crocheting, or learning something new.
