Erik comes to the Guadalupe Agency with over seven years of experience in fundraising and consulting for state and federal agencies, non-profit organizations, and private sector firms throughout the country. He’s previously held positions with the Utah Association of Public Charter Schools and Spy Hop Productions, where he completed fundraising campaigns totaling over $10 million. Before joining Guadalupe, Erik acted as a lobbyist who consulted on and represented policy initiatives in the environment, healthcare, arts, charitable foundations, association management, and education in the State of Utah and Washington D.C. He has received multiple awards for his work in marketing and public relations and has an established reputation for being a strategic and adept community builder – having founded three successful non-profit organizations that still operate today. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Utah’s Hinckley Institute of Politics. He and his partner split time between Salt Lake City, Utah, and Bozeman, Montana, where they enjoy exploring the great outdoors and producing community events.
