Rubya Alailefaleula has been dedicated to the child development field for the past eight years. She holds an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development with a focus on early childhood. Rubya firmly believes that all children deserve access to quality education, regardless of their abilities or backgrounds. Her passion is fueled by a commitment to creating programs that support the holistic growth and development of children, while also fostering strong partnerships with families and the community.
