Dylan joined Guadalupe as the Director of Special Education in July of 2023. She has worked in education for 8 years. She started volunteering in classrooms and working as a peer tutor at 16. Dylan worked as a paraeducator in a Title 1 school, and worked as a special education teacher. She attended Westminster University, received a license in elementary education K-6 and Special Education K-12.
